Do I need to make an appointment before I visit?
Our brow bar operates on a walk in basis between 9am and 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday and 11am until 4pm Sundays. While it’s not always necessary to make an appointment we do recommend it if you need a specific time. We tend to get extremely busy, especially towards the weekend.
How should I book my appointment?
Simply click the “BOOK NOW” button at the top of the page to select a convenient date and time for your appointment. Alternatively click on “TREATMENTS” and choose the treat you would like to book. If you would like to visit on a regular basis, ask your therapist to set up a recurring appointment at your next visit. It is best to book via our online option as we may be in treatment when you phone the clinic.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes you do! We recommend having a patch test for the following treatments if you haven’t had this treatment with us before: lash lift, lash & brow tint, henna brows and laminate. Please arrange to visit us for your patch test at least 24 hours prior to your booking. If you haven’t arrange a patch test in time treatment maybe refused and treatment charges will still apply.
Do you offer male treatments?
Yes. Our brow bar welcomes male clients.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
So that you can gain the best results please ensure you arrive at your appointment on time. We have a very busy diary and late arrivals will disrupt other customers appointments. And in some circumstances treatment will be refuse but still charged.
