If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours notice is required so we may attempt to fill the slot. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the worth of the missed treatment. If no notice is given or in the event of a no-show 100% of the appointment fee will be due. Exceptions may be made but always at the discretion of the manager.
